Holy Grail Kush is a powerful-smelling plant and one which will require the utilisation of new carbon-filters if you are not going to give the game away. Although quite straightforward for the beginner to cultivate with a little more experience the grower can really push the envelope and, judiciously feeding to the limit, will be able to maximise both yield and aromatic potential whilst pushing the THC production too. In a flowering time of around 9 weeks an excellent 500 – 650 gr/m2 is realistically attainable under 600 watt lighting. In 2011 it so impressed the judges at the High Times Cannabis Cup that it received a perfect score. No wonder that these buds sell for top dollar anywhere they can be found.
Whether grown in a SoG or SCRoG growers are going to be truly delighted with the harvested buds which have an aroma of sweet ‘n’ sour citrus, lemon and lime, with hints of chem. and diesel. The flavour is broadly similar and encompasses the sweet ‘n’ sour as well as an earthy, bitter note. The effect is pretty well-balanced and is mentally active and uplifting, meditative and relaxing while also being physically calming, relaxing and even somewhat couch-lock in nature. Therapeutically it is recommended for the relief of pain due to its numbing properties.
